What you can do
One portal for every system your organisation relies on — no more lost e-mails, scattered spreadsheets or "any news on this?" phone calls.
Describe the problem, pick the affected system and priority, and attach screenshots or files. Follow it from acknowledgement to resolution.
Ask for improvements to the systems you use. Each request is analysed and estimated before any work starts.
Approve or reject change requests with a comment. If the scope changes after approval, a new revision shows exactly what changed.
A timeline records status changes, comments, files and work logged, so you always know what happened and when.
Discuss any request with the team and share documents, images, spreadsheets or archives of up to 10 MB each.
Notifications tell you when something needs your attention — a status change, a reply or a change request waiting for your decision.
How it works
Report a bug or request a change from any device, for any system linked to your organisation.
The support team picks it up, keeps you posted in the comments and works to the response and resolution times in your support contract.
Approve changes before work begins, follow progress on the timeline and see the outcome as soon as it is done.
Service levels
Your support contract sets a first-response time and a resolution time for each priority — separately for bugs and for change requests. Every open request shows whether it is on track, at risk or overdue, so nothing slips through the cracks.
| Priority | First response | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | 1 h | 4 h |
| High | 4 h | 24 h |
| Medium | 8 h | 72 h |
| Low | 24 h | 120 h |
Example only — the actual windows are defined in your support contract.
Security and privacy
Built for organisations that take their information seriously.
Every page and every download is checked on the server, so you only ever see requests that belong to your organisation.
Protect your account with an authenticator app on top of your password.
Staff-only comments are kept apart and are never shown in the client portal.
Important actions and sign-ins are recorded, so there is always a clear record of who did what.

The support team analyses and estimates it. When it is ready for your decision it moves to "Waiting for approval" and you can approve or reject it. If the scope changes later, a new revision is created and you can see what changed.
